I am allowed to refuse any commission if the request is beyond my scope of abilities or doesn't adhere to my comfort.
Payments will be paid 50% upfront before sketches and 50% the rest comes after the sketch is approved. Payments are accepted through Paypal/any Indonesian local banks. I do not accept commissions paid in local rates if you are not Indonesian.
Commissions will be done one by one. First come, first served. I will keep track of the comms queue and update how much I've worked on them in a public sheet where everyone will have an access of. I will put clients in the queue after the first payment.
The length of the commission can go from a week to two, depending on the complexity and my current condition. Thank you for your patience.
Please give me your idea and visual references (character, expression, pose, etc) or let me know if you'd like to trust me with the composition and details so I can start with your commission immediately.
once your commission is finished, i will post it in my samples drive and twitter timeline. you can let me know if you don't want it to be posted, but i will charge nda fee because it cannot be included in my portfolio.

I will only be doing 1 major revision (during sketch) and 3 minor revisions (any stage of progress). I will charge for any more than that. (please be mindful of this! ><)
That being said, I will update my clients about the commission progress from time to time. You're also allowed to ask me if you'd like to see how it's doing at the moment! Feel free. ♡

If something terrible happens that caused my inability to continue the commission, I will fully refund the amount you paid for. Otherwise, there is no refund in this service. Canceling commissions only work during the sketch progress. After you approve the sketch and I start refining it, cancels aren't accepted.

commission includes background and objects/decorations of your request (please aid me with adequate visual reference if there is any). clients can customize whether they want the painting to be bust up/half body/full body. idr rates: (price) x 4. prices are for personal use.
For all types of commission: animals and weapons will be charged additional price depending on the complexity of their design.
